The Procurement Contract Portal is an online filing cabinet that holds all your signed contracts in one convenient location. You should select a Contract Title that makes it easy for you, or other members of your department, to search for that contract later. The vendor’s name or the title of the event are always safe choices for contract titles. Spaces and numbers (such as a year) are allowed but, you should avoid the use of semi-colons or other punctuation as these can cause errors within DocuSign.
