exclamationImportant Update: New Submission Process for PSA and VDS – Effective June 1, 2025

Starting June 1, 2025, all Professional Services Agreements (PSA) and Vendor Disclosure Statements (VDS) must be submitted through the Procurement Contract Portal (Agiloft).

Additionally, Vendor Disclosure Statements will no longer be required for any contracts or agreements under $75,000, regardless of type.
