Effective June 1, 2025, the Professional Services Agreement and Vendor Disclosure Statement will now be submitted through the Procurement Contract Portal, Agiloft.
Also, effective June 1, 2025, Vendor Disclosure Statements are no longer required for contracts/agreements of all types that are less than $75,000.
- How-to instructions for submitting a PSA and VDS through the Contract Portal are included on the Contract Management Submission Procedures Webpage.
- We will also be hosting a virtual Town Hall Demonstration and Q&A session for the campus on both the VDS and the PSA.
- The PSA Town Hall is scheduled for June 25th, 1:30-2:30 pm. To register, please email procuretrain@ua.edu.
- The VDS Town Hall is scheduled for June 27th, 9-10 am. To register, please email procuretrain@ua.edu.
